Shipping Costs

To find the shipping cost for an item, simply place the item in your cart. Our shipping costs for most items are £7.99. However, for individual lighter items such as memory cards or cases the shipping cost is £3.99. The goods are carried by insured couriers and will reach you in pristine condition, if you have any problems with a delivery please contact us at sales@DigitalFirst.co.uk.

Shipping Times

If in stock we aim to despatch same day and deliver next day, this will only take place if the order is received by 3pm. In some exceptional cases we can ship next day up until 5.30pm, but this will depend on the location and products. The shipping policy is as follows and is for items that are only showed as in stock:

• Orders placed Monday to Thursday before 3pm will be delivered next working day.
• Orders placed Friday will be delivered on Monday (Saturday shipping is available, please contact us for a cost)
• Orders placed Saturday and Sunday will be delivered by Tuesday.
• Orders placed over a Bank Holiday weekend will be delivered by Wednesday.

For any order we willl ship via Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery or ‘Next Working Day’ delivery by Citilink. Courier/Insured delivery can only be made to mainland UK addresses.

We regret we cannot ship to countries outside the UK and Ireland

If you would like goods to be shipped to Ireland, please contact us for a quotation. We may require a proof of address if needed.
